Fourthwalling: Since Eleven does some canon puncturing in his own canon (although generally restricted to major pop culture icons), feel free to ask, and we can sort it out!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Nothing outstanding.

Hugging this character: Fine, hugs are good, especially among friends!
Kissing this character: Fine, but he'll probably be somewhere between alarmed and horrified, except in special circumstances.
Flirting with this character: Absolutely, although he may or may play along, depending on how blatant it is.
Fighting with this character: He's always up for an argument, but he tends to avoid actual violence when possible. At least direct violence.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Certainly, although if it's important, talking in advance may help avoid ruffled feathers. I'd rather handle this kind of thing case-by-case.
Killing this character: I'd like there to at least be a cool reason for it. I'm not a great fan of killing characters just to be hip or to make a point.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Totally doable, although I'd like to discuss anything really invasive like mind control in advance, to make sure it doesn't accidentally become character-breaking. Also, he's a low-level telepath, himself, and the inside of his head is a bit of a daunting place to go, so it might make things more complicated.
Warnings:
The Doctor's about as PG as anyone on TV, so I can't think of any.
Other:
My recent RP background is IRC-based, so I'm used to responding almost in real-time and can be a bit of a boomerang when I'm in a good mood and not too busy. I'm fine with backdating and so on, however, and prefer backdating/backtagging to get some closure over leaving gaping plotholes in-character.
